Private tour policies
RESERVATIONS:
Your private event reservation is guaranteed when we receive a signed confirmation sheet with a credit card number to hold the date. Final payment is due five (5) business days prior to the event.
DEPOSITS:
To reserve the event date, we require a credit card number with a signed confirmation sheet. We will not charge the credit card a deposit unless otherwise specified. Tours on Tap reserves the right to charge a deposit for any group. Deposits are non-refundable.
DESTINATIONS:
Tours on Tap partners with various breweries, beer bars and brewpubs to provide beer event experiences. We do our best to develop itineraries that suit the needs of your group. However, there may be a need to reroute an event based on unforeseen circumstances.
TRANSPORTATION:
Tours on Tap partners with a professional transportation company to provide safe, comfortable, and reliable transportation between event destinations. This company maintains a fleet of motorcoaches, mini-buses and limousines of various sizes, configurations, and equipment options. The vehicle selected for the event will be based on group size and needs. Specific vehicles cannot be guaranteed, but may be requested.
GUARANTEE:
A final headcount is required five (5) business days prior to the event. This will be the headcount provided to our partners, and will be the headcount upon which billing is based. No shows to private events are subject to the cancellation policy specified in the confirmation sheet.
CANCELLATIONS:
The cancellation policy in effect during your event will be included in the confirmation sheet. Standard policy is as follows:

  • 100% refund for cancellations made more than five (5) business days prior to the event
  • 50% refund for cancellations made within five (5) business days of the event, but more than 48 hours prior to the event
  • 0% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event

Tours on Tap reserves the right to change the cancellation policy based on increased demand for certain dates. The policy in effect for your event will be specified in the event confirmation sheet.
CONDUCT:
If for any reason the behavior of a group member or members is disorderly, inappropriate or unsafe for any parties (bus drivers, guests, guides, or breweries) involved in the event, a taxi will be called and the offending member(s) will exit the tour. Should this occur, no refunds will be given, and the removed parties will be responsible for the cost of the taxi in its entirety.
